How to use
Step 1: Insert 2 AA batteries (not including batteries).
Step 2: Unlock the security/protection cover to the downward position.
Step 3: Press the sealing machine to preheat for 5-7 seconds.
Step 4: Flatten the surface of the bag for sealing.
Step 5: Apply sealant to the bag and press down hard.
Step 6: When pressed, move moderately from one end to the other.
Step 7: Move the protection cover back to the upward position.

Picked these up to help keep chips a and similar foods from going stale. The work pretty well, there was a learning curve for us on getting the right speed to get a good seal. Product works as desired. It is nice it came with two, we are able to keep one in the house and the other we keep with our camping gear which allows us to keep marshmallows fresh.
